Asia Telecom Holdings Limited

Asia Telecom Holdings Limited (ATHL) is the parent company of the group with investments into two sectors i.e. Telecom /
Digital Communications and Business Process Outsourcing. ATHL is a value-enhancing company that is constantly
on the look out for expansion into related lines of business that can add an upstream or downstream value to its
current businesses.

The telecom business was actively managed by the group from its inception until 2018. The group divested the
majority in the telecom business in 2017 and with its new partners have embarked upon a journey into cutting-edge digital
communications. ATHL maintains a sizeable investment in the telecom business with a board seat. The telecom business
is now renamed as Dime Global Ltd.

The BPO business is 100% owned by ATHL and the day-to-day management rests with its 100% owned subsidiary Asia Teleservices Inc. which manages the operations in the Philippines.

ATHL manages multiple brands in the BPO industry with each brand having its own genesis and unique target market. Asiatel
Outsourcing, Akron & Virtuoso are the three brands managed and operated by ATHL.

The company is now considering a foray into health and wellness products and is actively looking for innovative products in this space on a white labeled basis.

Asiatel Outsourcing is the original brand of the group and it takes its roots from Asia Telecom. It is the outsourcing division of ATHL that caters to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. Asiatel Outsourcing also focuses on providing seat-leasing services and managed operations services helping you reach your organizational goals and grow in a professional, contemporary corporate environment. Akron Global is the new brand of ATHL with focus on global market and diversified services across functions. The target market of Akron Global is Corporates & Mid-corporates. Akron helps international clients in setting-up their own multifunctional offshore team in the Philippines. With diversified domains as Customer Service, Collections, Telesales, Back Office, Operations, Software Development, Creative Services, Network Operations Center (NOC) and IT Support which international partners can count on. Dime Global (formerly Asia telecom Ltd) is a Hong Kong based telecom company formed in 1997 with a consolidated market position in International wholesale voice business with interconnection across the globe with more than 100 telecom carriers. ATHL exited the majority stake in 2017 and with its partners from Bahrain, Dime Global is now bringing disruptive innovation with its unique suite of digital communications products. Dime Global has recently launched its OTT App, Global Roaming SIM & its smart e-SIM
